So you’ve been having pullups dreams have you? You are obsessed. Everyone has them but you. Even your mom! Here is your solution. You need a program, you need consistency and you need the straightest line from A to B. I’m not going to say you’ll get them overnight. When will you get them? No idea, but at least you’ll have a strategy and who knows? You might actually become a stronger human being overall.
I have taken the Westside Barbell Conjugate Method, that Louie Simmons developed, and I stole it. I created a pullup program based off of his Power Lifting program. The dude makes people strong and that is what you have to be to have pullups. If you just do this weekly workout guess what? You probably won’t get pullups. This blog is an accessory to a complete strength and conditioning program and without that you are wasting your time.
